Dodgy Characters
I'd like to take a moment to propose a law, which, somewhat immodestly, I'll call "Earle's Law" - the likelihood of your encountering a dodgy character increases in direct proportion to the amount of time you spend on the Internet.
Here are some dodgy characters that I've encountered.
- Robert Abitbol was a curious creature who plagued the original WikiWiki and other wiki sites for a couple of years.
- Ian Dolan tried to cheat me on eBay.
